Kodrio licence

Kodrio is free to use, but not open source. These are the terms.

Kodrio, by AI Pasala

Copyright (c) 2026 Manish Nirmal. All rights reserved.

Kodrio is proprietary software. It is free of charge to download and use, but it is not open source. By installing or using Kodrio you agree to these terms.

1. Licence. You may download Kodrio from aipasala.lk, install it on computers you own or control, and use it for personal or commercial work. What you build with Kodrio (your projects, code, images and videos) belongs to you.

2. Restrictions. Except where the law allows it despite this clause, you may not:

a. copy, sell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise distribute Kodrio or its installer, other than by pointing people to aipasala.lk;

b. modify Kodrio, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it;

c. remove or change any copyright or licence notice in it;

d. use Kodrio to get around AI Pasala membership limits or to access aipasala.lk content you are not entitled to.

3. Ownership. Kodrio and its source code remain the property of Manish Nirmal. This licence grants no rights except those written here.

4. Third-party software. Kodrio includes third-party components that are licensed under their own terms, not these ones, including Electron and Chromium (MIT and others), FFmpeg (GPL-3.0-or-later, run as a separate program; its licence is in node_modules/ffmpeg-static/ffmpeg.exe.LICENSE) and Anthropic's Claude Code binary (Anthropic's terms, https://code.claude.com/docs/en/legal-and-compliance). Nothing in this licence limits your rights under those licences.

5. Third-party services. Kodrio can connect to services you choose (Anthropic, Google, Higgsfield, aipasala.lk, your own server). Your use of them is governed by their terms and paid from your own accounts and keys.

6. Updates. Kodrio checks aipasala.lk for updates and may download and install them. You can turn automatic downloads off in Settings.

7. No warranty. Kodrio is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Manish Nirmal is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from Kodrio or its use, including lost data, lost profits, or charges from third-party services.

9. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you break it. You must then uninstall Kodrio.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
